What a cleanout covers
Furniture, appliances, boxes, bags, carpet, shelving, garage and shed contents, and the junk in the yard. We carry it out, load it and haul it off, then sweep up so the space is ready for whatever comes next.
Bigger jobs
A full-property cleanout can take more than one trailer load and more than one set of hands. When it does, Pat brings in help from the firehouse. For a job this size we'd rather walk it in person before we quote. Photos can be deceiving, and the walk-through is free.
Flipping the house too?
Cleanouts and tear-outs often happen on the same property. If the kitchen or bathroom is coming out after the junk does, we handle the light demolition as well, or leave a trailer on site for your crew.
