What we tear out

What “light” means
Light demolition is hand work. If a job needs heavy machinery, it's outside what we do. Concrete takes a special arrangement because of the weight, so call first and describe it.
For contractors and flippers
Two ways to work with us. We handle the tear-out and the haul, start to finish. Or your crew does the demo and we keep a trailer on site: drop it, you fill it, we dump it and bring it back for the next round.
How we size it
Demo debris is heavy, and the dump charges by weight, so we plan which trailer to bring and whether we need extra help. A full kitchen usually means both. Bigger demo jobs get an in-person look before we quote.
