How much does junk removal cost?
It depends on how much there is, how heavy it is, how far it is from Seminole, and how easy it is to reach. A couch in the garage is a different job than a couch on the third floor. Text photos for a quick number, or we'll come look in person. The estimate is free.
Can I text you photos?
Yes, and it's the fastest way to get a number. Text a few photos and the address to 727-420-4507. Let us know what floor it's on and how easy it is to get to.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. For small jobs a few photos are usually enough. For bigger jobs we'd rather drive by and see it, because photos can be deceiving. Either way it costs you nothing.
Is there a minimum?
No. A single recliner or one appliance is a real job to us.
Are you insured?
Yes. On Scene carries a full insurance policy for the company.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We never intend for it to happen, but things do. If we scuff a wall or break something, we take full responsibility and make it right.
What are your hours?
Every day, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Can you come today?
Same-day is often possible, depending on the schedule. Call and tell us what you've got.
What won't you take?
Chemicals and hazardous materials, large electronics, cars and other vehicles, and anything that needs heavy machinery to load. Concrete, large tree trunks and very heavy limbs need a phone call first.
Why is concrete different?
Weight. The dump charges by weight, and concrete is heavy enough that it needs a special arrangement. Some concrete jobs we can take and some we can't. Describe it and we'll tell you which.
Do you cut down trees?
No. We haul debris that's already down, whether a storm brought it down or you trimmed it yourself. For cutting and trimming, you'll want a tree service.
Do I have to sign anything?
Yes, a short liability waiver before the job. It takes a minute.
How do I pay?
Cash, credit card or Zelle.
Can I rent a trailer and load it myself?
Yes. We drop it off, you fill it, and we haul it away. We have more than one size, up to 7 by 14 feet with 4-foot sides.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. We handle light demolition for remodels and flips, and we can keep a trailer on your site, dump it when it's full and bring it back.
Where do you work?
We're based in Seminole, FL and cover every city in Pinellas County. We also take jobs in Pasco, Hillsborough and Manatee counties when the schedule allows.
